Recovery Local is a team of people in recovery and digital experts with one shared mission: make it impossible for someone seeking help to come up empty, and make it simple for ethical treatment providers to be found.
Our story
Two passions, one purpose
Everyone on our staff has experienced addiction first-hand: in ourselves, our families, or our closest friends. We know the power addiction holds over people, and we know how overwhelming the search for help can feel at 2 a.m. when someone finally decides they're ready.
We teamed up to combine our two passions: digital marketing and helping others recover. We spread recovery resources across the internet by working with media outlets, websites, and individuals to get detox and treatment information in front of the people who need it.
Today, most people use the internet as their primary tool for finding help. We use search engine optimization, social media, content marketing, and display advertising to make sure that when someone goes looking for a way out, they find a real one. The providers who can truly help should be the ones they find first.
